The Netbox Group is a company with a long history of manufacturing cardboard packaging. We have two production facilities, employing a total of more than 700 people.

Maciej, Manager of the Die-Cutting and Laminating Department

My path at the Netbox Group has spanned 17 years. I was hired as an Assistant Die-Cutting Machine Operator, then as a Die-Cutting Operator, and I honed my skills in this area. At the same time, I continued my professional training at Poznan University of Technology. I managed to combine work and study although it was not always easy; I had a strong desire to be independent. As the company grew, my career also moved forward. The new die-cutting machines that appeared in the company allowed me to gain more and more knowledge about die-cutting packaging. After a few years I was promoted and began my career path in the area of production planning. Subsequent promotions have led me to my current position as Manager of the Die-Cutting and Laminating Department where I started many years ago. Today, I try to be the kind of supervisor that I myself would like to have for my colleagues.

What I like most about my job is the mental peace and space for acting.

In my opinion, Netbox Group is a reliable and honest employer. I come to work to earn money, but also to fulfil my roles in a normal friendly atmosphere.

My path at Netbox Group started with working in the production area. I went through almost every production department, packing, gluing, tearing and printing. This gave me the opportunity to learn the specifics of how each process works. With all the knowledge I gained, I successfully ‘ran’ for a position in the Customer Service Department where I became an Account Manager. Today I am still within the Customer Service Department; I hold the position of Key Account Manager. The friendly atmosphere and the knowledge of the production process made it easy for me to find my feet in my new role and to cope with new tasks.

What I like most about my job is the contact with the customer and the moments when customers are satisfied with the service I offered them. This gives me extra ‘strength’, which makes me try even harder.

My path at the Netbox Group started several years ago with a job at an auxiliary position. I really wanted and aspired to be someone who stood out in a given place and point of time. I was noticed, I was able to develop and advance internally. I worked in many departments and each experience allowed me to gain knowledge about printing. I have always had the desire to prove myself in a particular area. I am a hard-working, conscientious and communicative person, and I like to have everything in order. Despite many years in the company, I still have an inner need to develop myself.

My path at Netbox started in 2006 at the position of Sales Specialist in the Customer Service Department. Then came the time for active work related to acquiring new customers in the Sales Department, commonly referred to as ‘the prospectors’, and later on I became its leader. Subsequent changes in the organisation brought new challenges related to the function of Sales Manager, up to the current position of Sales Director. My desire to improve my competences was recognised and I was given the opportunity to pursue the path of my development according to my interests.

What I like most about my job is the opportunity to implement non-standard ideas and strive for continuous improvement. Working in a creative team is a huge advantage.

My path at the Netbox Group began straight after I finished secondary school. My first job was ‘photo of the day’ in the Die-Cutting Department. I worked briefly in an auxiliary position, and then I was promoted to the Blanking Die Department. I felt very proud; it was a big success for me. After a year, I got the chance to develop in the Pre-Press Department where I spent four years. I undertook my university studies and learned English; I felt I needed to develop in order to move forward. When the opportunity arose I applied for a position in the Customer Service Department and today I hold the position of Sales Team Manager.

What I enjoy most about my job is working with others and how the company is focused on achieving specified goals.

We ensure order processing based on modern machinery. We exercise full control over all the production processes from implementation to the delivery of goods to the customer.
